• ATE SUPPLY LLC sells on Amazon marketplaces.
• We use an internal app (Amazon SP-API) only to track our own FBA shipments and inventory.
• The software is not shared with other sellers or third parties.

PRIVACY POLICY

Information We Collect
– Operational data: shipment IDs, tracking numbers, statuses, SKUs, quantities.
– Account data: seller ID, marketplace ID.
– (Website only) Basic analytics: IP address, browser type, page visits.
No buyer or customer personal data is collected.

How We Use the Data
– Display shipment status in internal dashboards / Google Sheets.
– Send alerts for delayed shipments or customs issues.
– Compile internal reports for warehouse and accounting.

Information Sharing
– We do not sell, lease, or disclose Amazon data to any external party.
– Access is limited to authorized ATE SUPPLY personnel.

Data Retention
– Shipment data kept up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer.

Security Measures
– TLS 1.2+ for all API traffic.
– Secrets stored in an encrypted secrets manager.
– Role-based access control and MFA.
– Data at rest encrypted (AES-256) in our U.S. cloud region.
– VPN / firewall / IP whitelisting protect network access.

Your Rights
– For access, correction, or deletion requests, email [email protected].
– Note: we do not handle buyer PII, so such requests are rare.

NON-AMAZON DATA SOURCES
• None, except carrier APIs (e.g., DHL, UPS) used only to confirm tracking milestones for numbers Amazon already provides.

SECURITY & NETWORK CONTROLS DECLARATION

Network controls (VPN, firewalls, VPC rules) are in place.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Access logs are kept for security review.

No Amazon Information leaves our controlled environment.
